Athletics North Queensland is pleased to announce the Townsville Marksmen Rifle Club as a new Sports Partner of the Festival of Athletics. In 2021, Townsville Marksmen Rifle Club will be supplying and running the the laser run aspect of the Corporate Team Challenge – a new and exciting event for the whole community.
Townsville Marksmen Rifle Club
The Townsville Marksmen Rifle Club is primarily a target rifle club where members use precision single shot bolt action rifles at paper (circular aiming mark) targets over 100 metre intervals from 300 metres to 900 metres (1000 yards).
In 2021 the club has purchased laser/infra-red gun technology to offer greater products to the Townsville Community
Athletics North Queensland looks forward to working with Townsville Marksmen Rifle Club to bring exciting products to the North Queensland community.
